For more than twenty years, artist and educator Noreen Powell has helped adults of all backgrounds explore creativity with confidence and joy. With formal training in Fine Arts from Buffalo State University and a Master’s in Education from SUNY Albany, she brings both professional expertise and a warm, encouraging teaching style.

Noreen works with homeschool groups, 55+ communities, local groups, churches, and private students, offering engaging art experiences that spark connection, learning, and creative expression.

Rooted in her love of nature and reflective prayer, Noreen approaches art as a place where hands, mind, and heart meet - inviting personal insight and spiritual refreshment. She offers workshops, community classes, private lessons, and commissioned artwork throughout central and upstate New York.
